ACTIGO LOGISTICS is Sourcing agency, that offer to buy goods or property on behalf of other parties. We are connected world wide with manufacturers, companies and agents holding all kinds of products, from raw material commodities, finished products, through to specialized custom equipment’s. We outsource certain manufacturing steps to other countries. The main objective is to reduce your manufacturing costs.
Our researches are based on the specification of the market and often changes within countries. ACTIGO LOGISTICS provides a one-stop service for your international trade buying needs, including sourcing, translation, price negotiating, sampling, buying, quality control, documents and shipping. We assist client to offer integrated sourcing and production. The goal is to make your buying, from foreign countries easier, faster, cheaper and safer. Our agency does require a small fee from the sourcing service (first inquiry is free); Our overall fee structure is a small registration fee and is charged upfront. It is refundable when the buyer completes the purchase. We want our clients to sincerely be committed to our services.
structures of fees & terms
1) The EX Work (EXW), the seller makes the goods available at their premises, or at another named place. This term places the maximum obligation on the buyer and minimum obligations. EXW means that a buyer incurs the risks for bringing the goods to their destination.
2) Also, we search based on the free on board (“FOB”) cost of the products sourced as negotiated with the client. FOB is the cost of manufacturing the product and delivering it to the freight forwarder.
3) Alternatively, we use a structure called landed duty paid (“LDP”). LDP, it is the price of both manufacturing and delivering the product to the client includes costs of shipping, logistics, customs clearing, etc.
The total fee payable to our sourcing department depends on the quantity and quality of the services provided and the complexity of the product being purchased. When parties agree upon purchasing contract, 50 % of the amount is obligatory in advance and the 50% balance is required before shipment.
